Cookie policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Provisional content: this policy is a template pending client review. Update it if new tools are enabled (analytics, maps, anti-bot).
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies this site uses. Short version: we use the bare minimum — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a site, to remember information across pages or visits. Similar technologies such as localStorage serve a similar purpose, but their data is not automatically sent to the server.
2. What this site uses
Theme preference (light/dark): stored in your browser's localStorage. It is not a cookie and never reaches our servers.
Admin session cookies: created only when authorized staff sign in; visitors never receive them.
We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Analytics
When analytics is enabled, we will use Umami, a cookie-less tool that only produces aggregate, anonymous metrics (page views, country, device type). It cannot identify you.
4. Third-party content
YouTube videos load from the youtube-nocookie.com domain and only when you press play; at that point YouTube may set its own cookies under its policy.
WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp app or site, where their own policies apply.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies and localStorage from your browser settings. The site keeps working without them; you will only lose the saved theme preference.
6. Changes and contact
If we add tools that use cookies, we will update this policy before enabling them. Questions: [contact email].
